Roy Jr. High Rebuild

Roy Jr. is Utah’s first K12 school built with insulated concrete forms (ICF), making it extremely energy efficient!

Rob Birch

Project Manager

There was a high expectation, excitement, and waiting for this building to happen. When it was finally finished and turned over, it was fun to watch everyone come in.

Project Success

Despite initial phasing challenges, we completed the project one year ahead of schedule.

Hogan’s Construction Management team has not only saved time and money during our construction projects, but they have also added great insight to the design process that helped our projects better meet the needs of our students.
